Insofar as the legal basis is not named in the data protection statement, the following applies: the legal basis for gaining consent is art. 6 para. 1 lit. a and art. 7 of GDPR, the legal basis for processing in order to fulfil our services and carry out contractual measures as well as to answer inquiries is art. 6 para. 1 lit. b of GDPR, the legal basis for processing to fulfil our legal obligations is art. 6 para. 1 lit. c of DSGVO, and the legal basis for processing for protecting our legitimate interests is art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of GDPR. In case vital interests of the persons affected or another natural person make processing of personal data necessary, art. 6 para. 1 lit. d of GDPR serves as the legal basis. The recording of data takes place on a voluntary basis at all times as far as possible. These data are not passed to third parties without your explicit consent. We draw attention to the fact that data transmission by internet (e.g. in communication by e-mail) can be subject to security loopholes. Total protection of data from access by third parties is not possible. The legal basis of data protection is contained in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and in the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) and the Telemediengesetz (TMG) of the Federal Republic of Germany.

The data stored as part of this website will be deleted as soon as the purpose for which they were collected has been fulfilled or no statutory duties for storage prohibit the deletion. In accordance with legal stipulations, storage takes place for 6 years according to § 257 para. 1 HGB (account books, inventories, opening balances, annual accounts, commercial correspondence, booking receipts, etc.) and for 10 years according to § 147 para. 1 AO (books, notes, situation reports, booking receipts, commercial and business correspondence, documents relevant to taxation, etc.).
